Current trends in practice and procedure before the Commercial Court
The Commercial Court remains the primary forum for the development of commercial law in Scotland and the forum of choice for most experienced commercial litigators. Scott will provide a practical view of the court’s current practices and procedures on a range of matters from pre-litigation discourse to the use of expert evidence all under reference to recent experience and decided cases.
This event is open to practising solicitors, is free of charge, and is eligible for CPD.
