Axiom welcomes David MassaroBack to News Listing
Axiom Advocates is delighted to welcome new member David Massaro. David called to the Bar in July 2014, having previously practised as a senior solicitor for HBJ Gateley. Since calling, David has been instructed in a wide range of commercial disputes. He has a particular expertise in property and contract matters, but also regularly acts for clients in professional negligence actions, insolvency and corporate cases, and construction disputes. David has also started to develop a practice in public law, and has advised local authorities and petitioners since calling. He has appeared regularly in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court.
David’s devil masters included Axiom’s Gavin Walker and Morag Ross, and whilst devilling he was the joint recipient of the Faculty’s Lord Reid Scholarship. He is a court reporter for the Session Cases, a contributor to Court of Session Practice, and teaches property, trusts and succession law at the University of Edinburgh. He is studying part-time for an LLM in public law.
