Axiom Advocates is delighted to welcome David Johnston QC back to practice after a sabbatical.
David Johnston is returning to practise at Axiom Advocates. During his break from practice, among other things he has prepared a second edition of Prescription and Limitation, co-edited Judge and Jurist: Essays in Memory of Lord Rodger of Earlsferry, and edited the Cambridge Companion to Roman Law. He has also been involved in various research and teaching projects at the University of Pavia and the University of California at Berkeley.
David Johnston practises mainly in public law (including human rights) and commercial law. He was appointed QC in 2005.
