David Johnston QC will be providing the Sponsor's address with one of the many key speakers being Gerry Moynihan QC of Axiom.
Last year’s conference was fully subscribed and the line-up of speakers for this year continues to show-case the high calibre of this event. Confirmed speakers and chairs include Lady Stacey, Senator of the College of Justice, Douglas Ross and Gerry Moynihan QC (Axiom Advocates), Lynda Towers (Scottish Parliament), John Larkin QC (Attorney General for Northern Ireland), Richard Gordon QC (Brick Court Chambers), Professor Gordon Anthony (Queen’s University, Belfast) and Theodore Huckle QC (Counsel General for Wales).
The SPLG is a not for profit group run by volunteers, which aims to bring together people working in public law in Scotland; solicitors, advocates, government lawyers, the judiciary, and academics. This is the 6th annual conference of the SPLG.
The fee for the Conference is £95, for which delegates receive 6 hours CPD, lunch and an opportunity to network at the post-conference drinks reception (along with the free CPD events thoughout the year).
